What is the daily programme?
A day on the programme follows a set routine but each day has a theme - eg "Eating well to stay well". There will be opportunities for relaxation ,exercise and learning. How active you are depends on you. We encourage early evenings and time balanced between learning new skills, treatments, exercise and time spent in reflection. (for more details see The Programme)
What should I bring?
You are encouraged to be relaxed and comfortable at all times so causal clothes are suitable. There are scheduled Yoga sessions you may attend therefore we suggest something suitable to relax and stretch in. We recommend bring walking shoes as there are lovely walks to be enjoyed in the area.
How should I prepare for the visit ?
You do not need to do anything before you arrive however if you wish to ...................................................Please plan to have no work with you during the duration of your stay - this is a time for you to concentrate on regaining your health and attaining emotional wellbeing.
The use of mobile phones is not encouraged on the retreat but we understand that family and friends will be concerned for your wellbeing over this time. And respectfully request that you use these in your room only.

What format do the workshops take?
Each programme has its own format depending on the content. If you have any concerns please do feel free to contact us to discuss the workshops.
Do you have role play?
No
Will I have to speak infront of the group?
Some sessions include some sharing of experiences which is often beneficial to all those attending however you will not be asked to do anything you are not comfortable with and will be encouraged to participate only as much as you wish to. Anything shared at these times will be considered confidential, completely non judgemental and treated with the upmost respect.
I am not sure I will be able to meditate?
Sessions including meditation are aimed at the beginner and at showing you how to meditate.
I am not sure I will be able to do yoga?
Yoga sessions involve stretching and are delivered at the beginner level and participants move through the session as they feel comfortable. Is your food all vegetarian? No our food is all organic however includes organic chicken & fish. There are freshly juiced vegetable & fruit juices, for you to enjoy, included during the day to boost your immune system. Breakfast is served 7.30 - 8.30 am however you are encouraged to listen to your bodys needs at this time and that includes sleep requirements. The times can be adjusted as required, please inform us at booking if you have any issues or at the time as necessary. How do I book additional spa treatments?
